You can use this form to obtain a formal letter from the university for the following:

Please allow 5 working days to issue your letter request
This form can not be used for a request Academic Transcripts or Letters of Completion of Studies. You can obtain these in eStudent.
If you wish to have confirmation of completed qualifications at UTAS, please refer to the University’s Graduation Verification Services
Students are required to be enrolled in the next study period and have no outstanding sanctions before a letter can be provided
